FAQ

How much does treatment cost?

Ascent Clinical Services accepts all major insurance carriers and private pay options.

How does your IOP work?

Intensive Outpatient Programs are designed to provide therapeutic skills to work past the root causes of your addiction. Our clinical team will conduct an intake assessment to uncover any underlying sources of your addiction. Additionally, we will customize a treatment plan to address these underlying conditions. Our IOP includes 3 hours of group therapy, 3 days per week. This includes an individual therapy session once per week and meeting with our psychiatrist as needed.

What is the difference between CBT and DBT?

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) works by helping the individual recognize certain emotions and thought patterns. This enables the individual to change their perspective prior to acting impulsively. On the other hand, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) helps individuals reconcile conflicting thoughts and internal beliefs. This is done by teaching the individual distress tolerance, mindfulness and healthy communication and emotional regulation.

What is your admissions process?

Once you call our phone number, our team can  answer any questions you may have and begin the intake process. This includes running a verification of insurance benefits or discussing private pay options. Afterwards, we’ll contact you to discuss your insurance benefits or refer you to one of our partners in the industry. If you decide to move forward, we will schedule an in person clinical assessment with our team.

What if I relapse while in treatment?

At Ascent Clinical Services, we hold a somewhat unique perspective. If a patient has cancer, no medical professional would prevent their patient from receiving treatment because their cancer returned. Similarly, no addiction program should prevent their client from receiving addiction treatment because their client relapsed. With that said, each individual case is unique and the circumstances surrounding their relapse does matter. Therefore, our program addresses relapse on a case by case basis. If you have any specific questions about our program, contact us to speak with one of our team members.
